The 32-year-old actress donned a sheer gold embellished mini dress from Tony Ward, with a v-neckline and halter-neck strap.
The Pretty Little Liars star left little to the imagination in the plunging ensemble, pairing the look with gold strapped heels.
The blonde bombshell kept her shoulder length locks down in a tousled wave as they fell behind her ear.
She opted for a glam makeup look, with a dark smokey eye, bronzed cheek and glossy peach lip combo.
Ashley accessorised with gold drop earrings and silver rings, adding black nail polish to her look.
The bash, which was held at a private residence, was hosted by LA nightlife tycoons Darren Dzienciol and Richie Akiva, who own raucous nightclub hotspot 1 OAK.
It celebrated the beginning of Oscar weekend, with the biggest night in Hollywood set to take place on Sunday Evening.
