Salma Hayek loves to dance, and thankfully when she does it there’s often someone nearby ready to record the moment. Such was the case recently when the House of Gucci star blew off some steam dancing in a bikini on a sailboat. While her husband got the proverbial front row seat, the rest of us get to enjoy the moment too.

The images were posted to Salma Hayek’s official Instagram account, showing the star dancing in a bright purple bikini while her husband — billionaire Francois Henri Pinault — enjoys nearby. In the snaps she stands on her toes and reaches up toward the sail, accentuating her abs. You can see the delicious images below.

According to Inquisitr, the shots were taken not long after Salma Hayek wrapped filming on her eleventh hour cast role in Magic Mike’s Last Dance. It was a role originally meant for Thandiwe Newton (Westworld), but in April Newton left the production. As the New York Post reported, an early rumor indicated that Newton and Magic Mike lead Channing Tatum had gotten in a heated argument about the infamous Will Smith/Chris Rock Oscars slap and that in the aftermath Tatum had Newton fired. Newton said that she had, in fact, left the film for personal reasons but that she wasn’t fired, and that her reasons had nothing to do with an argument over the infamous slap.

It turns out while last year’s Eternals may not have been the biggest Marvel Cinematic Universe hit with fans or critics, it led to some future creative collaborations between some of the cast. Variety reported earlier this month that Eternals co-stars Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie will be working together on the upcoming drama Without Blood, based on the acclaimed novel of the same name by Alessandro Baricco. The story follows a young girl’s quest for vengeance amidst the setting of an unidentified military conflict. Jolie will not star alongside Hayek, but will instead write, direct, and produce the adaptation.

There isn’t an official release date for Without Blood just yet, but in the meantime while you won’t be able to see her in a bikini in it, you can hear Salma Hayek this September in the long-awaited animated sequel Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Hayek reunites with her old Desperado co-star Antonio Banderas to reprise the role of Kitty Softpaws. The titular cat will find himself on the run from the likes of the Big Bad Wolf (Wagner Moura) and Goldilocks (Florence Pugh) and the Three Bears. While as far as we know Salma Hayek’s Ajak won’t be showing up in next month’s Thor: Love and Thunder, that didn’t stop her from joining one of the biggest action stars in the history of cinema to play a mythic god. In a series of viral videos leading up to a BMW ad for this year’s Super Bowl, Hayek and Arnold Schwarzenegger played the Greek gods Zeus and Hera.
