Anya Taylor-Joy raps along to Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” in a new video shared to her social media. Taylor-Joy, who has gained an immense following in recent years, is starring in a couple buzzy upcoming 2022 films. These include Amsterdam, a star-studded historical drama from director David O. Russell, and horror-comedy The Menu, which she stars in opposite Ralph Fiennes.
At just 26 years old, Taylor-Joy may have one of the fastest-growing careers in Hollywood. Horror fans likely recognize her from the earlier days in her career, wherein she acted in The Witch and Split. She rose to greater prominence with The Queen’s Gambit in 2020, the hit Netflix miniseries that sees her play chess whiz Beth Harmon. For that, she was nominated for an Emmy. Since The Queen’s Gambit, Taylor-Joy has become a much sought-after actress, appearing in films such as Edgar Wright’s Last Night in Soho and Robert Eggers’ Viking film The Northman.
Taylor-Joy now posts a fun video to her Instagram account, featuring her rapping along to Eminem’s “Lose Yourself.” The post also includes a video of Taylor-Joy playing a driving-based arcade game and a photo of a cat.
