Sydney Sweeney is having a heck of a year and awards shows are just part of the circuit she’s currently on. The actress has lit it up on the small screen in a couple of different productions and her Instagram feed rarely disappoints. That’s been the case in the short term as well with the actress apparently still attending a star-studded week of movies in Italy.  And her style choice didn’t disappoint at all either. The actress took to Instagram to show off what she wore to the event and to also remind fans that they wouldn’t just be seeing her at different functions or productions. No, she would be running through their dreams as well. Take a look at what Sydney Sweeney posted on Instagram that had fans astir.

In the post, Sydney Sweeney is wearing a gorgeous, multi-hued dress that almost looks like it’s shimmering. She makes a point to be moving away from the camera, hence the caption “Running through your dreams”. For many, this assessment would be pretty much on point for the actress. While it isn’t labeled here in the post, there’s a good chance this was taken while Sydney Sweeney was still in Italy attending the Venice International Film Festival. She had previously posted a picture of her in a red dress while attending a celebration at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection museum. In this latest, the location isn’t mentioned though it does look like a swankier affair as well.

Fans clearly liked what they saw from the Sydney Sweeney post seeing as how at the time of this writing it had more than 1.4 million likes on Instagram. That was in less than a day on the platform. Photographer German Larkin rang in with a comment, saying he’d had fun working with that shoot for Sweeney. And numerous others were happy to spread the love as well. With more than 14 million followers on Instagram, Sweeney has one of the most engaged and engaging accounts. 

And though she’s attending the film festival in Venice, it’s her work on the small screen that has attracted the most attention and acclaim for Sydney Sweeney over the last couple of years. She’s currently up for two Primetime Emmy Awards which will happen next week on September 12th. She is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Cassie Howard on Euphoria. And she’s also up for Outstanding Supporting Actress In a Limited Anthology Series or Movie for her Olivia Mossbacher part in White Lotus. She’s just been crushing it for HBO in this respect. She’ll be returning to Euphoria for a third season.

Her next big movie move will be when she’s featured in Madame Web, an addition to Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. That’s an almost all-female cast focused on a much different character in the pages of Marvel. The movie is due out on October 6, 2023. In the meantime, you can probably catch Sydney Sweeney running through different parts of your dreams.
