A rmy husband Scott Ratcliff was in attendance as Kym mingled with co stars at a hotel bar. Helen Skelton, Will Mellor and make up artist Lisa Armstrong were there.

A source told the Sun : “Kym and Scott are making it impossible for them to be affected by the Strictly curse because he’s not left her side. Scott arrived with Kym to filming and has been waiting in the wings for her to finish.

“Kym even skipped a meal with the other contestants to have a takeaway with Scott in their hotel room. None of the other celebrities have their partners with them so it has raised some eyebrows among the crew but there is an open door policy – everyone is welcome to stay.

“Kym is clearly still very much in the honeymoon period with Scott.” Former Coronation Street star Kym is one of the big names signed for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
