ZOE SALDANA CELEBRATES HER PROMOTION OF AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER WITH A SEXY DANCE ON INSTAGRAM.

Actress Zoe Saldana is receiving a lot of roles under the Disney umbrella. Not only is she involved in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, but she’s also set to appear in James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water. Saldana recently showed off her taste for fashion on Instagram while promoting the upcoming Avatar sequel.

In the short Instagram clip above, Zoe Saldana is striking a sexy pose and wearing a white open shirt and black heels. The clip wowed many of her fans, who reacted with heart-shaped emojis and were left stunned at Saldana’s look. The clip came hours after she and fellow Avatar co-star Sam Worthington were at D23 promoting the long-awaited James Cameron flick.

Fans in attendance at D23 were given a bit of a taste of the visuals of the Avatar Sequel. Everyone was given 3D glasses and treated with an extended sequence from the film. As reported by The Daily Mail, when discussing the sequel, Zoe Saldana admitted that she got very emotional after seeing some of the movie.

Avatar 2 began development before the release of the first film in 2009. Zoe Saldana is reprising her role as Neytiri after over ten years since fans experience the first adventure. During those ten years, Saldana has turned into some remarkable performances.

One interesting statistic regarding Zoe Saldana’s career is that her films thus far have grossed more than $11 billion worldwide. She is considered the second highest-grossing actress of all time. She also appeared in three of the top five highest-grossing films of all time, with two of those being Avengers films.

Perhaps the one question fans have regarding Zoe Saldana’s MCU character, Gamora, is whether she will be a hero or a villain in the next Guardians of the Galaxy film. The last time fans saw Gamora, her past self was transported into the current time period. The Gamora that fans know from the first Guardians of the Galaxy died in Avengers: Infinity War, but her past self is now walking around in the MCU thanks to time travel.

Director James Gunn has yet to divulge any plot details regarding Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. While the Guardians briefly appeared in Thor: Love & Thunder, Gamora was nowhere to be present. Hopefully, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 will give fans a satisfying conclusion to Zoe Saldana’s MCU character.

Outside of her work for Disney, Zoe Saldana will also appear in director David O. Russell’s upcoming comedy Amsterdam. The film is Russell’s first directorial outing since his 2015 award-nominated feature, Joy. Saldana stars as a character named Irma.

Besides that, Zoe Saldana’s dance card is really booked for several years, thanks to her participation in both the Avatar and Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. Marvel announced that in addition to Guardians of the Galaxy 3, fans would be treated to The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, which is set to release later this year. Saldana will reprise her role as Gamora in the special.

With two massive projects coming down the pipeline, it’s no wonder Zoe Saldana is all smiles. The future certainly looks bright for the actress.
