The former Countdown host, 61, was showcasing Kim Kardashian‘s shapewear SKIMS as she hit the gym, sporting a short-sleeved tight T-shirt in a tan colour.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians designer’s clobber proved perfect to show off Carol’s chiselled abs.
It paired nicely with her multicoloured gym leggings and the telly favourite made sure she captured all of the outfit’s angles with a series of snaps on Instagram.
She revealed: “A short health/gym break in a bit of sunshine….am getting obsessed with @skims….by @kimkardashian.
“This crop top for gym is SOOOO comfy….”
Giving an insight into her sun-soaked workout, she said: “Doing loads of stretching and weights and having a great time. Home soon xx”
Her fellow TV star Christine McGuinness was quick to comment and gushed: “I am obsessed with @skims 😍🔥.”
One fan then wrote: “You look fab Carol…refreshed…😍😍😍😍😍.”
A second put: “O’BOY absolutely gorgeous. 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️.”
Another fan then added: “Wow insane you look gorgeous 😍.”
Earlier in her fitness trip, Carol showed off her incredible figure in a khaki workout top.
It comes after Carol revealed her surprising secret behind her youthful good looks – and it’s not for the weak.
The TV host said she takes supplements – including one containing an ingredient called Spermidine – a chemical found in semen as well as many foods.
In a video, posted on her Instagram, the British TV presenter, told fans that the reason why she feels “on top of the world” as well as why she manages to still look good is because she takes these supplements.
In the video, Carol begins: “When you get to know me, you’ll know that I treat life as one big experiment, and I love it.”
She explained to her fans that she has been looking into “the latest science-backed compounds, Spermidine activates a cellular cleanup process called autophagy”.
Adding: “If you haven’t heard of the process, cell autophagy is so important that it won a Nobel prize for the Japanese scientist who explained how it works.”
The presenter then told fans that she takes other supplements but they “perform different tasks.”
The countdown star has previously spoken about her use of Botox, and it being the key to her maintaining a youthful look.
