There is no better relationship in show business better than with Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson. The pair have been in several movies with one another, and their press tours are always full of both men making fun of one another every chance they get. The below video showcases Hart explaining why Johnson is called “The Rock” as he insults his intelligence, saying, “Because you’re stupid…it’s because of your IQ.”
Kevin Hart interjects on the question asked of Dwayne Johnson, which is posed by a social media page called 90sWWE. Before Johnson can get his answer out, Hart jumps in to say that people always reference Johnson’s intelligence. Hart hilarious states that people always say, “That Dwayne is as dumb as a rock.” If you have not ever seen the interactions between the funny men, you should do so immediately, as the above video is only but a taste of the jokes they throw at another’s expense.
Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson have been in the Jumanji reboot franchise, Central Intelligence, and most recently DC League of Super-Pets, and their press junkets are arguably the funniest videos on the internet. There is even a video where Hart and Johnson come out and pretend to be each other during the interview, which is just as funny as you can imagine. While we certainly don’t believe that Johnson is dumb by any measure, Hart is always insulting his best friend’s intelligence, and Johnson is always cracking obvious jokes about Hart’s size.
DC League of Super-Pets is the most recent movie with both men, as the all-star cast includes Kevin Hart, Dwayne Johnson, Keanu Reeves, John Krasinski, Diego Luna, Marc Maron, Kate McKinnon, and more. The movie follows Krypto (Johnson) and Ace (Hart) as the dogs of Batman and Superman, who must now save the day when the superheroes go on vacation. While the movie was made for the younger audience, it provided the same level of laughs that most Hart and Johnson movies bring forth.
We are not entirely sure when the next Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson pairing is going to happen, but we hope that it is soon, especially so that more of the above videos can be made. It is always great to know that actors can laugh at themselves, and both gentlemen certainly know how to do that, as their hilarious interactions are always posted on the internet. Even though they are constantly making fun of one another, you can see the love shared between the pair as well, which is heartwarming to see.
Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson are both extremely busy men, as they both have quite a few movies that are set to come out in the next few years. Even though those new movies are going to include both, we hope that Hart is brought along for every press interview that Johnson has, and vice versa, as it would make things far more interesting. For now, we can all just hit the internet and take in all the videos that showcase this oddball pair, as they attempt to make each other laugh uncontrollably.
