Billie Eilish can’t believe she’s dating Jesse Rutherford.
“I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f–king f–ker alive, but pulled his ass,” the “Happier Than Ever” singer raved in her sixth annual Vanity Fair video interview, released Monday.
Eilish began to smile and clap while asking other people in the room to give her a round of applause.
“Jesse Rutherford, everyone!” she exclaimed. “I pulled his ass — all me! I did that s–t. I locked that motherf–ker down.”
The Grammy winner, 20, added that she is “really excited and really happy” about her new man, 31, and shared that her love language is physical touch.
“I just need to be touching skin all the time — touching and cuddling and hugging and anything skin-related is really a big thing for me,” she said.
Eilish also told viewers that she appreciates how Rutherford gives her freedom and trusts her.
“I want to be able to have space, and I want love and attention, and equal admiration is really important,” she concluded. “I’m just really inspired by this person, and, you know, he’s inspired by me, which is really cool.”
Earlier this month, the “Bad Guy” singer made her relationship with the Neighbourhood frontman Instagram-official after they wore a topical couples costume for Halloween.
The lovebirds poked fun at their controversial 10-year age difference as Eilish went as a baby version of herself and Rutherford an elderly man.
Many of the Oscar-winning performer’s fans have been critical of both the costume and the relationship, with some going as far as to accuse Rutherford of “grooming” Eilish.
The couple first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted holding hands at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in mid-October.
They confirmed their romance a few days later with a makeout session in LA and made their red carpet debut earlier this month.
