Fans Are Convinced That Halle Berry Keeps ‘Getting Finer And Finer’ After She Posted An Intense Fitness Workout

The 56-year-old Catwoman star shared part of her intense fitness workout on social media on Friday, April 21st – which she regularly does on Fridays with the hashtag #FitnessFriday – once again proving just how hard she works for her flawless superhero body!

The Oscar-winner clearly puts the hours in for her insanely enviable body, which will be evident to anyone who watches her play the role of fictional disgraced MMA fighter Jackie Justice in Bruised – and we are exhausted just watching her work up a sweat with her personal trainer! In the April 21st video, the actress can be seen doing a number of different exercises, including squatting while holding a dumbbell in each hand and push ups.
The Moonfall star captioned her post: “It’s #FitnessFriday ya’ll and it’s time to @respin our fit! I had to travel to work last week, but @peterleethomas and I are back! This week it’s a 30 sec on, 30 sec off workout. Choose any 5 exercises you love and get into it! Do 10 whole sets!” She also wrote: “Afterwards, head over to [Respin] to check out the brainiac smoothie I’m loving and my 6-week GET FILM FIT recap.”
The mom-of-two’s fans were quick to comment on her post, with many noting how tough the workout appeared to be! “This looks brutal. I wanna try it!” exclaimed one fan in the comments section. “Love your fitness clips,” praised another, while someone else thought: “This is the reason that you look so great!” We’re inclined to agree! “Is it me or she just gets finer and finer,” gushed another fan, followed by the red rose emoji. “This is why Halle Berry is who she is and we are who we are,” joked another fan, before saying they were going to “make some muffins.”

Halle Berry’s Fitness Routine
The Gothika actress has always been open about her fitness routine, and the great lengths she goes to achieve maximum fitness for her on-screen roles! For her role in Bruised, which also marks her directorial debut, for example, Halle’s intense training involved learning five versions of mixed martial arts – Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, Muay Thai, tae kwon do, and kickboxing – and lifting heavier weights than usual. She sustained some injuries while filming and reportedly even broke two ribs while filming fight scenes with UFC champion and costar Valentina Shevchenko, but most heroically of all, she still kept filming. What a woman!
“I’m at my best when I have to work hard and when I’m facing challenges,” she said about her Bruised training, according to Women’s Health, telling the pub that it makes her feel empowered! “To be the age I am and push my body to its limits reminded me that age is just a number,” she continued. “We can control how we define ourselves, and I’ve never been healthier and felt stronger. This movie helped me realize that.”
And when she’s not training for a movie, Women’s Health reported in October 2022 that the Monster’s Ball actress exercises six days a week to maintain her sculpted body, often with longtime trainer Peter Lee Thomas. Some of her exercises reportedly consist of weighted lunges, stairs with weights, and squats, as well as upside down sit ups and crunches to really work her core. Wow!
